Kyla and Robby started the 6 Week Challenge shortly before Covid-19 forced our gym to close. They didn’t allow the obstacles that presented deter them from their goal.
During the 6 Week Challenge they worked together as a couple and encouraged one another. They successfully completed the 6 Week Challenge and reached their goals.
Kyla lost 11.2lbs and 3.7% in 6 weeks.
Robby cut 17lbs and 6.1% body fat.
There results were incredible. Both are great examples of sticking to a plan during school, work, and obstacles in daily life during the pandemic.
