BCS Classic Rich Froning Meet & Greet Official Rules
Overview:
On August 22, 2020, earn a chance to win a private meet & greet, for you and 3 guests, with Rich Froning at the BCS Classic.
NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
How to Enter: Come to the AdvoCare booth at the BCS Classic at any time during the event and before 3:30pm CT to fill out an entry form for a chance to win.
Winner Selection and Notification: One Winner shall be randomly chosen from all eligible entries received on August 22, 2020, and will be notified by the email address or text number associated with their entry.
Winners must affirmatively respond to the notification email or text within 15 minutes on August 22, 2020, or the Prize will be forfeited and a new Winner shall be randomly selected. Winners must be available at the time of the Meet and Greet on August 22, 2020 or the Prize will be forfeited and a new Winner shall be randomly selected.
Terms and Conditions:
The Sweepstakes is open to all persons who are legal residents of the United States, are eighteen (18) years of age or older, and in attendance at the BCS Classic.
The retail value for the prize is $1,000.00. The Meet and Greet will take place during the BCS Classic at a time chosen by Rich Froning. The time of the Meet and Greet may be altered subject to the sole discretion of AdvoCare and Rich Froning. Guests of the Entrant must also be attendees at the BCS Classic who are legal residents of the United States and are eighteen (18) years of age or older. AdvoCare reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant or Guest whose conduct or actions it deems harassing or inappropriate.
Prizes are not transferrable by the Winner. Prizes may be substituted by AdvoCare for a Prize of similar value. AdvoCare may amend or terminate this Sweepstakes at any time. AdvoCare reserves the right to change the Prizes without advance written notice due to any unforeseen reason.
Entrants agree to and accept all applicable laws, regulations, these Official Rules, and the decisions of AdvoCare, which are final and binding. Additionally, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless AdvoCare, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of the Sweepstakes or Prizes. For New Jersey residents, the limitations set forth above are inapplicable where attorneys’ fees, court costs, or other damages are mandated by statute.
All federal, state, and local income taxes connected to the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Except where prohibited, a Winner and their guests may be required to complete and return a liability/publicity release in order to claim their Prize. Limited photo opportunities with Rich Froning may be available subject to his availability and sole discretion.
AdvoCare is not responsible for any failure during the Sweepstakes period, including any technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, or failure of any information to be received on account of internet or website traffic congestion, shipping, transportation, or any combination thereof. AdvoCare is also not responsible for any incomplete or illegible entries or entries or communication issues which prevent contact with the Winner. The official time clock of the Sweepstakes will be the clock chosen by the AdvoCare employees onsite conducting the Sweepstakes.
The restrictions and conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and may be subject to additional restrictions and conditions. Any details not specified herein will be determined by AdvoCare. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. No cancellation, transfer, or assignment will be allowed.
Release of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless AdvoCare their respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone, or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. You further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
Privacy: AdvoCare will be collecting personal data about Entrants. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you hereby agree to the collection and usage of your personal information by AdvoCare. Any information you submit as part of the Sweepstakes is provided to AdvoCare, not Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, or any other social media site or platform on which the Sweepstakes may appear and treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and AdvoCare shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Texas.
