Thank you to all the brave men and women who have given their lives to protect the freedoms we have.

For several years we have done a special workout called “Murph” on this day.

One of the things I love about this workout is seeing the way people push themselves harder than they usually do. They dig deeper than most days.

Our workout is a small way to show honor and respect to these brave men and women as well as show love towards their families.

Today our gym will be coming together at 8am and 9:30am to do this workout:

Run 1 mile
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 squats
Run 1 mile

Some people will be doing less reps, some will be partnering with someone to complete the workout and divide the reps, and others will be wearing a weighted vest and doing the entire workout.

Not only will our gym be doing this workout today but so will many other gyms around the country.

If you are doing this workout today my encouragement would be to remind yourself often during the workout why you are doing this workout on this day. It’s easy to forget especially when you’re in the middle of it. Do your best and give it your all. 🇺🇸
