I have been on my own personal health journey for twenty three years. I continue to discover new ways to optimize health, fitness and overall wellness. This is a life long journey.

Like any journey you go on you discover new things along the way about yourself. As I am now in my 40’s, compared to my 20’s when I started my journey, I am seeing a clearer purpose in pursuing health and fitness.

Healthy aging.

This email will be scratching the surface of all I am currently reading, learning and applying but my hope is to start this conversation with you.

To begin I will highlight the problem that most people face when they come to see me. They are unhealthy, out of shape and overweight. But this is a byproduct of unhealthy aging.

Your body responds to what you do to it. Lets call this INPUTS. For example, if you do not sleep well then you wake up feeling tired. This is the OUTPUT. So input is poor sleep and output is feeling tired.

To simplify healthy aging you would need to focus on four pillars: food, exercise, sleep and stress. All of these contribute to how you are aging.

If you are 50 years old you can feel older or younger based on your inputs over your lifetime. And the only reason you are 50 is because that is the number of times you have been alive that the earth has traveled around the sun, right?

What if I were to tell you that you actually have a different age according to your biology? In other words one person at 50 is not the same age biologically as another person who is 50.
