There is a common misconception that if you workout, you can automatically eat more. Yes if you workout you likely are able to eat more freely. But, that creates a very unhealthy thought pattern in your brain.
Exercise should be something you do. It is making your body healthy, stronger and it will perform better for you long term. It also just happens to burn calories but that is not WHY we do it.
The illustration I talk about is that of an entrepreneur and small business owner. I grew up watching my dad build his business and now I understand how much time and work he had to put it to create the business he has today.
