I see Travis at the gym every day and most days twice per day. He is one of the most committed people I have ever met.
Travis is in his mid thirties, a husband and father and is a great example in how to lead a family and lead a life of fitness at the same time. He only knows one way to do it and that is all the way.
He started his fitness journey about 10 years ago and lost 40 pounds then gained it all back but in the right way. Travis works out two hours each day and is very disciplined in his fitness regimen.
