I have watched Zachary Martin continuously make progress in his fitness journey for five years. He has been a long time member of BoomFit and is an all around great guy.
In 2016 Zachary wanted to pursue a career as a Game Warden and failed his sit-up test. He was weighing in around 300 pounds and this was the exact wake up call he needed to ignite a fire to get healthy.
This story is even more amazing now since we recorded this podcast. Zachary has continued to commit to fitness and healthier eating habits. He has not slowed down and recently returned to the gym.
His story reminds us that you will have times in your life when you experience failure but what you decide to do in that moment can make all the difference in determining how it will affect us.
