We’re bringing back our COMMUNITY WORKOUTS!
The 1st Saturday of each month we will offering a workout for our entire community. This means that all are welcome. These workouts will be designed for all fitness levels so bring your friends. It’s a great way to try CrossFit and checkout the gym.
We will switch between locations each month. Both Longmire and University members will attend the same Saturday workout for these 1st Saturday workouts. This Saturday, October 7, we will be at:
