In this month’s 10 minute pep talk I share a message that has come to mind while working out in the morning with my daughter, Cate, who is just 10 years old. Cate and I have been running a mile every other morning, and like many of us, Cate has had to overcome the days when working out doesn’t seem fun, or the workout doesn’t feel great.
