I have seen Will stick to his workouts for quite some time now. He is a great example of someone who has committed to his workouts over a long period of time and seen tremendous results.
We recorded this episode back in 2017 when Will had been doing CrossFit for two years. At that time he lost 25 pounds then added 10 pounds of muscle by committing to 3 workouts per week and he made some nutritional adjustments.
He has continued to improve in the gym. Most importantly Will has made working out a part of his lifestyle and looks forward to coming to the gym.
